Ken is from and engineering background and in the past having much knowledge relating to Ships, their construction and downfalls. In addition has extensive experience in the chemical industries. He started out his Inspection career in 1980 being employed with, at that time known as Moore Barratt and Redwood which is now known as S.G.S. (Societe General De-Surveillance) His work consisted of general Inspection Services Relating to Loading and Discharges of Products and Crude Oils throughout UK and the Continent. In addition he was seconded by MOBIL to conduct Track a Barrel Surveys from the Middle East to Europe.

Ms. Kafui Abra Agropah has been with Kristl Star Ghana Limited since September 2009. She joined the company as a secretary and later was appointed as a Director and a Company Secretary in 2010 due her hard work and enthusiasm for her job. She holds Diploma in accounting and currently pursuing Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). Her values in life include determination to succeed, selfless sacrifice and challenging herself to do the impossible. She is driven by personal sense of responsibility. Anywhere she sets foot with an effort to make a better place than when she entered to look for opportunities where even a small effort will make large impact.

Joined the company as Inspector at the beginning of operations in September 2009, previously worked in various senior positions in various industries. Attaining the position with Kristl Star as Senior Inspector and gaining experience in all manners of Inspections requirements, progressing to Operations Manager in 2017. Being also a member of the NPA loss control committee, and holds Diploma in Business Leadership and Management.

Cynthia commenced work in March 2010 as Junior Secretary and progressed to Senior Secretary in 2012. She later moved from that departments to Accounting and has played the role of a company's Account Officer since 2015. She is currently studying BSc in Commerce.
